It’s great to meet you!

Let me introduce myself, my name is Calia, I grew up in South Africa but I never really felt at home there and so at age 26 I made a courageous decision to go out into the world to find my home.

I since went on to live in 3 different countries until I finally realized that it didn’t matter where I was. What really mattered was the how.

It reminded me of a famous quote ‘Wherever you go… there you are.’ It wasn’t the place or the external environment, it was me and what was going on the inside and I couldn’t escape that.

When I came to England, I made a decision. I surrendered. I couldn’t keep fighting against myself anymore and the journey back home to myself has been terrifying yet exciting and utterly liberating.

So, my physical home is now in London where I offer transformative coaching; partnering with groups and individuals around the world to embark on a powerful journey of internal exploration. I help my clients increase their self-awareness and capacity to overcome barriers by tapping into their inner truth, wisdom and resourcefulness, to find their way back home.

My academic background is in Social Sciences, Psychology and Psychometrics which has led me to a career that spans across People Development, Organisational Culture and Wellbeing activities.

I have diverse and multinational experience across top global companies within Retail, Management Consulting, Media and Advertising and Financial and Professional Services.
